The Fujitsu Service Pack, provides a hardware maintenance service with a mixture of defined response and recovery times. A Service Pack expands FSC’s standard warranty offering by upgrading or extending the products standard warranty during the warranty period and continues to deliver this enhanced level of service throughout the warranty period up to a maximum of 5 years.

Hardware faults are eliminated through repair or replacement within defined response and repair times.

The standard warranty from Fujitsu is specifically designed to protect customers against product defects. Fujitsu Service Packs support you against system downtime and disruption, which can potentially adversely impact your productivity and ability to efficiently conduct business.
