HP Care Pack Services for ProLiant Servers include cover for :


  • All internal HP supplied options purchased either with Server or during the lifetime of the HP Care Pack
  • Upto and including 22” TFT or CRT HP supplied monitor, keyboard and mouse
  • In the UK only following standalone UPS models are also covered:
    • T1000 XR, T1500 XR, T2200 XR, Pro UPS 500, T700, T750
  • HP supplied Rack plus additional rack options
  • UPS models  R1500XR, R6000, R3000 XR, R1200XR, R5500XR
  • UPS runtime modules supporting the above
  • KVM switch
  • Server console switches
  • Fan assembly
  • CMC power distribution assemblies
  • PDUs 16/32/40 amp
  • Rack monitor, keyboard and mouse

HP Care Pack Services for Blade Servers include cover for :


c-Class Enclosure provides cover for the enclosure
  • Power supplies and fans
  • Ethernet and fibre channel pass through modules including  Cisco Catalyst 3020 blade switch,  1:10 Gb Ethernet BL c-switch ,  1/10GB Virtual connect Ethernet module, 4Gb Virtual connect Fibre Channel Module, GbE2c Ethernet Blade Switch gbE2c Layer 2/3 Ethernet blade switch
  • HP supported rack options

p-Class Enclosure  provides cover for the enclosure
  • Patch panels
  • HP supported Ethernet network interconnects
  • Power enclosure with power supplies,  power distribution 
  • Qualified rack options
c-Class and p-Class Blade Servers provide cover for the individual server and all internal HP options.

HP Care Pack Services for Desktops, Notebooks & iPAQs include cover for:

  • All internal HP supplied options
  • Mouse, keyboard, multi-bay expansion units and docking station
  • Where pack states CPU & Monitor, monitor up to 22” including LFT screen covered

HP Care Pack Services for Printers include cover for :

  • All HP accessories

EXCLUDES: Consumables and Maintenance kits.

Consumables list can be found at www.hp.com/uk select the relevant printer.

Maintenance Kits can be purchased from HP with an engineer or purchased through HP Partners without engineer.
