Insight Applications Live delivers Microsoft software as a service, comprising Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office, and a “menu” of other Microsoft applications which can be added to the user’s desktop depending on each individual’s requirement. As well as the applications themselves, Insight Applications Live includes a 5Gigabyte storage allowance per user as standard, as well as organisational level storage to enable online collaboration, a full backup service and a stringent Service Level Agreement ensuring maximum service availability.
Flexible Use - Predictable Cost
Insight Applications Live is charged on a simple monthly subscription per user. The number of user accounts can be flexed up or down at any time, in line with the number of staff in the organisation. Because the users’ desktop is accessed via the Internet, data and applications are available to everyone, no matter where they’re located. IT Staff can concentrate on other, more productive tasks whilst the user always gets the most up-to-date version of Microsoft applications, infrastructure costs are reduced, and there’s no need for expensive servers, storage devices, onsite support, private networks or backup facilities.
