Assessment of RequirementInsight Client Solutions will carry out a full assessment of each client’s individual refresh requirements. Depending on the size of the project, a Project Initiation Document (PID) will be produced which includes the plan, method, scope, deliverables, roles, responsibilities, issue logging and lines of communication offering complete transparency for all parties. Prince2 Project ManagementEvery project is carried out working to Prince2 standards, ensuring the solution is delivered within the required time-frame and to budget, and is managed by a fully accredited Prince2 Project Manager. Any configuration requirements for hardware are carried out at Insight’s ISO9001 Configuration Centre, while Insight’s brokerage partners are employed to recognise any remaining financial value in products or dispose of them according to certified WEEE standards. Single Point of ContactThe Insight Client Solution's Project Manager acts as a single point of contact for all aspects of the project delivery, channelling all correspondence and thereby maintaining control at all times. Insight Client Solution’s Technical Specialists will work alongside client IT personnel to ensure the smooth and timely running of the project.
