Including integration into existing processes, defined new processes and future scalability considerations. This stage includes the production of a detailed Project Plan with defined checkpoints.

Deployment

Includes Project Management, Project Deployment, Pre-staging and Configuration, Testing, Commissioning, Training and Education, Proof of Concept.

Management
