The esteemed accreditation from Great Place to Work is given to organisations which display an exceptional workplace culture.

Along with this certification, Insight UK has also been recognised for Excellence in Wellbeing.

This accolade builds on a series of awards recently received by Insight from Great Place to WorkTM. Earlier this year, Insight UK won Best Workplace in Tech for the second year in a row, ranking 8th and topping a number of applicants. Further awards include being crowned one of Great Place to Work’s 2020 UK Best WorkplacesTM, as well as Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces for WomenTM. Last year Insight was also recognised by Great Place to Work™ for its Excellence in Wellbeing.

According to Great Place to WorkTM, Insight is considered a Great Place to Work because of its diverse, inclusive culture and the sense of community fostered, underpinned by the company’s strong set of values; Hunger, Heart and Harmony.

Darren Hedley, Insight UK Managing Director, says: “Once again the fantastic culture we have at Insight has shone through and we are delighted Great Place to WorkTM has sought to recognise us in this way.

“The key to our success at Insight is our people. We take every opportunity to welcome the different skillsets, perspectives and backgrounds of employees across the organisation.

“With the social and economic turbulence caused by Covid-19, to secure both the Great Place to Work accreditation and Excellence in Wellbeing certification is a triumph and testament to how our teammates have come together during this time."

Great Place to WorkTM is the global authority on building, sustaining, and recognising high-trust, high-performing workplace cultures. Since 1981, they have been celebrating companies globally for elevating the employee experience through exceptional workplace culture.

Gill Swain, UK HR Director, adds: “Over the past few months the strength of our culture has really come to the fore, and we have found a number of ways to ensure our teammates feel engaged, valued and connected. Their wellbeing has been at the forefront of our minds, so we are thrilled to be recognised in this way.

“This Great Place to Work accreditation and Excellence in Wellbeing certification will help us to continue to attract world class talent, building upon our reputation as trusted industry leaders, offering the very best solutions to clients.”
