Insight’s fourth annual corporate social responsibility report reflects the organisation’s continued resiliency, innovation and commitment to fostering a culture in which its people and communities can thrive.

London, 2022-02-16 - Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ:NSIT), an industry-recognised solutions integrator helping clients accelerate their digital journey, has released its 2022 Insight Corporate Citizenship Report, sharing how the company’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) business practices have positively impacted its teammates, clients and communities on a global scale.

“Sustainable technology is driving disruption across every industry, from electrification of everything, expanding telehealth and remote work, to net-zero goals,” said Joyce Mullen, Insight president and chief executive officer. “We’re helping our clients be very intentional about their transformation: scaling sustainably, expanding access to technical talent and creating more effective workplaces. Realising ambitious goals also means being very thoughtful stewards of our planet.”

Highlights of the 2022 Insight Corporate Citizenship Report include:

  • Insight is a Forbes World’s Best Employer, Forbes America’s Best Employer for Diversity, a Forbes Best Employer for Veterans and a Great Place to Work® Europe’s Best Workplace. Insight also received a perfect score of 100 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index for LGBTQ workplace equality.
  • The company donated $1.6 million to charitable causes in 2021, including $40,000 raised for causes in EMEA and APAC in 2021.
  • Insight EMEA’s graduate two-year program, InsightEDGE, provided 12 graduates the opportunity to prepare for careers in IT services and sales through on-the-job and classroom training in 2021.
  • Insight has planted 4,400 trees on behalf of EMEA teammates since partnering with Tree-Nation in July 2020, as well as established an environmental committee in EMEA with 21 members to help reduce Insight’s carbon footprint.
  • In the European region, Insight raised about €22,000 in 2021, mostly through grassroots efforts coordinated by teammates. This included the team raising funds for the Pink Ribbon Foundation and other charities committed to the fight against breast cancer.

“At Insight, people are at the heart of everything we do,” said Emma de Sousa, Insight president EMEA. “Whether it’s working with our exceptional clients and supporting them on their digital transformation journey, collaborating with our employees in the workplace, or working outwardly with the wider community – we strive to create a positive and sustainable impact. This in-turn has contributed to our award-winning culture, underpinned by our core values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony. From planting trees in our EMEA Fuchsia Forest to recognise achievements, to creating a number of resource groups to drive diversity and inclusion within Insight, we are committed to making a difference as an organisation at every available opportunity.”
