Promotions from cloud providers such as Microsoft and Adobe are available on our CCx platform at https://buy.insight.com.
You can view applicable promotions directly on the product page.
A “Promotion may apply” tooltip will appear next to the relevant term and billing frequency information.

Promotion eligibility is determined by the cloud provider at the time the product is added to your basket. If your selection qualifies, you will see a “Promotion Applied” message displayed alongside the product in your cart.

Please note that Microsoft NCE promotions may include specific eligibility requirements and restrictions.
Some important considerations:
- Customer Segment Restrictions – Certain promotions are available only to customers within specific segments, such as SME&C (Small, Medium Enterprise & Channel).
- New-to-Offer Eligibility – Some promotions apply only to new-to-offer purchases, meaning the customer must not currently own or have previously purchased the promoted product or offer.
- Promotion-Specific Requirements – Eligibility, pricing, term lengths, and other conditions can vary by promotion.
