Insight's Reseller Admin Portal (RAP) is part of Insight’s Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) at https://buy.insight.com

The Insight Reseller Admin Portal (RAP), available through Insight’s Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) at https://buy.insight.com, is a self‑service digital platform designed to help Insight Cloud Care resellers efficiently purchase, manage, and optimize cloud subscriptions for their end customers.

This includes Microsoft CSP offerings and Microsoft Azure.

RAP brings together automation, transparency, and expert Insight support, enabling resellers to maintain control over their customers’ cloud environments while minimizing administrative overhead and streamlining day‑to‑day management.

What is RAP?

RAP is Insight’s centralized cloud management and purchasing platform that allows resellers the following tasks for their end-cusomers:

  • Buy and manage cloud licenses and subscriptions
  • Manage usage and costs
  • Access reporting and insights
  • Work seamlessly with Insight’s cloud and licensing experts

It provides a single pane of glass for cloud commerce—backed by Insight’s advisory and support services.

Simple end-customer setup & purchasing:

  • Setup your end customers storefront, where end-customers can self-serve, offering them the ability to self-manage their Microsoft CSP licenses, Software Subscriptions, Perpetual Software and Azure.
  • Log in to your end customer storefront to manage their subscriptions, licenses and users on their behalf.
  • Set credit limits for your end customers
  • Manage end customer payment status
  • Access statements, reports, and other relevant details

Please note: License assignations and user creation should be done directly in the M365 Admin portal of your end customer

  • Purchase and manage Software subscriptions and Perpetual Software products
  • Purchase and manage Azure subscriptions and services.
  • Work within Microsoft’s security and governance frameworks (e.g. GDAP, Azure RBAC)
