When you log into RAP, you will land on the Dashboard page. Use the top menu to navigate to the Products page.

The Cloud Products page in the Reseller Administration Portal (RAP) provides resellers with a centralized catalog view of available cloud products that can be managed and published for their end customers.

What you see on this page:

This page presents a detailed product list, including:

• Product ID
• Product Name
• Current cost
• Custom price
• Default price
• Billing Term
• Billing Period
• Product availability status: with options to publish or unpublish products

Key capabilities:

Resellers can use this page to:

• Search and filter products using the product search field
• View and manage pricing by selecting Add / View Price
• Publish or unpublish products individually or in bulk
• Manage pricing actions, such as adding product prices or margins

Product coverage:

The catalog includes the complete range of Microsoft CSP cloud products and add‑ons, such as:

• Modern Work, security and compliance add‑ons (e.g. Audit Log Retention, eDiscovery Storage)
• Identity services (Microsoft Entra ID P1 and P2)
• Collaboration and productivity services (Microsoft Teams Shared Devices)
• Power Platform and AI add‑ons (AI Builder Capacity, Dataverse capacity, Virtual Agent chat sessions)
