Microsoft have recently unveiled new Premium offerings for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Finance, along with a major global price update for most of the Dynamics 365 product line, starting from October 1st 2024.
These increases range from 10.3% to 16.7% depending on which product you buy, with Relationship Sales seeing a flat $15 per user per month increase regardless of the quantity you buy. The price increases will also apply on top of any local currency fluctuation increases which Microsoft may introduce throughout the year. The full list of announced price changes can be seen below.
Whilst those customers who buy their D365 licences through an EA/ESA or SCE will have price protection for licences locked in until the end of their contract, this will have a significant impact both on customers who buy outside of these programmes, for example through the CSP programme, as well as those Enterprise Agreement customers who are due for renewal.
