Insight has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM1043.9 Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS7) framework, reinforcing Insight’s ongoing commitment as a leading Solution Integrator to supporting the UK public sector with high-quality digital and technology services.

Insight has been awarded a place across multiple lots on the framework, including:

  • Lot 1: Digital Outcomes - Enables buyers to engage suppliers to deliver specific, outcome-based digital projects in line with agile methodologies and government digital standards.
  • Lot 2: Digital Capability and Delivery Partners - Enables buyers to engage suppliers to support the delivery of long-term digital transformation programmes, capability-building initiatives, and strategic resource augmentation.
  • Lot 3: Digital Specialists - Enables buyers to engage individual digital specialists with expertise in specific Digital Roles. These specialists support defined projects, services, and transformation initiatives by bringing targeted skills into existing teams.

“This award underscores Insight’s strength as a Solutions Integrator and a trusted partner for public sector digital transformation and programme delivery.” Samantha Toombs, Sales Director, UK Public Sector, Insight EMEA.

DOS7 is one of the government’s landmark technology procurement vehicles and represents the seventh iteration of the framework. DOS7 brings together the previously separate Digital Outcomes and Specialists 6 and Digital Specialists and Programmes agreements into a single, unified framework.

Under the Procurement Act 2023, DOS7 operates as an open framework, designed to better reflect public sector buyers’ evolving needs for long-term digital outcomes and specialist expertise. Its expanded scope, duration, and value provide greater stability and flexibility for organisations delivering major technology change across the public sector.

DOS7 enables public sector organisations to engage suppliers to deliver digital, data, and technology services in line with government policies, standards, and best practices. The scope for this framework contract supports delivery across all service manual agile life cycle phases (discovery, alpha, beta, live and retirement) to deliver application development and user-centred design services to build digital products and services that meet citizen needs.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector achieve commercial benefits of £5.3 billion, supporting world-class public services and best value for taxpayers.
