Insight has been named as a supplier on the latest iteration of the Welsh Government’s IT Products and Services Framework Agreement (WGC-ICT-124-23). This reinforces our commitment to supporting digital transformation across the Welsh public sector. 

Established by the Welsh Government, the framework, aims to provide a comprehensive “one-stop shop” for IT products and related services. It enables public sector organisations to access modern, flexible technology solutions through a single procurement route. This ensures value for money, fosters a diverse supplier base and creates supply chain opportunities for Welsh small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 

Through the framework, public sector bodies across Wales can access a wide range of technology solutions designed to meet evolving digital and operational needs. The agreement supports Welsh Government policies that promote innovation, sustainability, and economic growth within Wales. 

Members of Insight’s Public Sector Leadership Team, based in South Wales, welcomed the announcement.

Insight has been named as a supplier across multiple lots: 

• Lot 1: Hardware -  This lot provides customers with access to a broad portfolio of IT hardware products and associated services to support and manage IT estates. Insight will offer solutions including end-user devices, servers and storage, networking equipment, converged infrastructure, Electronic Point of Sale hardware, and endpoint devices - supported by a robust supply chain and vendor accreditations.  
• Lot 4: Multi-Functional Print Devices and Print Solutions - Insight will deliver a wide range of multi-functional print devices and print solutions designed to meet the varied requirements of public sector organisations. The lot provides access to state-of-the-art print technologies that offer reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, while being supported by a dedicated team of experts committed to delivering exceptional service. 
• Lot 5: Integrated Solutions - Under this lot, Insight will support organisations with advanced, integrated technology solutions, including digital transformation initiatives, artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, security, unified communications, software-defined and hyper-converged infrastructure, data centre design and implementation, RPA, hybrid infrastructure solutions, bundled hardware and software, end user support and training.
