On March 9, 2026, Microsoft has announced a major expansion of its AI portfolio with the launch of their first Frontier Suite, designed to help organizations move from AI experimentation to real, enterprise‑wide value grounded in Intelligence + Trust.
What Microsoft Announced:
Why This Matters For Our Customers:
Microsoft emphasizes that organizations no longer need “more AI tools,” but rather AI that is secure, explainable, and delivers measurable business outcomes. The Frontier Suite is built to provide:
1. Intelligence that understands real work:
Copilot and agents are fueled by Work IQ, Microsoft’s intelligence layer that understands how your teams work, collaborate, and create value.
This deeper context enables faster, more accurate results compared to generic AI solutions.
2. Trust through full observability and governance:
With Agent 365, organizations can monitor all AI agents—whether built on Microsoft technology or partner ecosystems—ensuring secure access, responsible usage, and strong data protection.
3. Continuous innovation for measurable business impact:
Wave 3 introduces long‑running, multi‑step agentic workflows directly in Microsoft 365 apps, allowing employees to build and augment their own work‑specific agents.

Microsoft identified a naming inconsistency affecting a subset of Microsoft Teams Shared Devices SKUs in Partner Center. To better align with updated product naming and reflect the intended use case, these SKUs will be renamed to Microsoft Teams Shared Space – Single Space.
This update is naming-only, there are no changes to product functionality, pricing, eligibility, service plans, or customer entitlements.
Please note that effective April 01, 2026, all Microsoft Teams Shared Space – Single Space products are priced at $0, while all Microsoft Teams Shared Space licenses (formerly known as Microsoft Teams Shared Devices) are priced at $8.
What's not changing:
Existing subscriptions will continue without interruption, this naming update supports Microsoft’s broader Teams Shared Space positioning and does not introduce a new offer or SKU.
Starting March 1, 2026, Microsoft will introduce a monthly term – monthly billing option for Microsoft 365 Copilot Business and Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Bundles.
These monthly plans include the standard 20% price premium compared to the equivalent annual term / annual billing plans.
Adobe:
Adobe administrators and the assigned Account Executive will receive an email notification 30 days prior to the anniversary date, providing proactive notice that auto‑renewal is enabled.
Additionally, we are enhancing the Subscription Details Page (SDP) user interface to display a banner message reminding administrators of the upcoming renewal when they access their subscription details during the 30‑day renewal window.
Along with the 30-day notification we will look to implement 60- and 90-day renewal notifications in a future sprint.
Microsoft:
Microsoft administrators and the assigned Account Executive will receive an email notification 60 days prior to the anniversary date for all subscriptions set to Expire or Renew, providing clear and proactive insight into the subscription renewal status.
This communication approach ensures that all stakeholders have sufficient time to plan for renewals, allocate budgets appropriately, and coordinate any required renewal activities.
In addition to email notifications, we are enhancing the customer experience by providing immediate visibility into critical subscription timelines through dynamic storefront messaging within CCx. A daily automated system will monitor all Microsoft subscriptions and trigger prominent banner notifications whenever subscriptions are within 7 days of expiration or renewal.
We are significantly improving the customer journey for Microsoft NCE promotions by implementing enhanced Product Detail Pages that clearly display available promotions and provide customers with an intuitive "Check Promotion Eligibility" feature.
Customers will receive detailed eligibility information and see real-time promotion validation, with the system intelligently reactivating eligibility checks when quantities are modified.
The enhanced cart experience will display applied vendor promotions with clear promotional pricing, comprehensive Microsoft promotion descriptions, and updated cart confirmation messaging.
This creates a transparent, user-friendly promotion experience that helps customers understand their savings while providing confidence in their purchasing decisions.
We are improving the Adobe flexible discount experience to ensure more accurate discount visibility and pricing across the Cloud Commerce Platform.
The system will automatically detect and manage all valid Adobe flexible discounts while preventing inactive offers from appearing in storefront pricing. Enhanced data modeling ensures only eligible, active discounts are presented to customers.
Additionally, improved logging capabilities will support clearer promotion‑eligibility tracking, stronger analytics, and more effective customer support.
Customers will also see updated Product Detail Pages (PDPs) that clearly display available Adobe promotions, along with an intuitive “Check Promotion Eligibility” feature that allows real‑time validation of their discount qualification.
The March 2026 CCR release will introduce AWS detailed consumption reporting to the platform.
Additionally, we are enabling CSV report downloads/exports and adding detailed promotion information for Microsoft NCE seat‑based offerings.
