Matt Fox

UK & I Financial Solutions Lead

As organisations look towards technology to deliver innovation, efficiencies, new opportunities and heightened experiences the need for agility, scalability and an ease of embracing new deliverables is key. With the rapidly evolving nature of technology innovation, organisations are looking towards consuming technology benefits across the useful life without having traditional ownership ties whilst also removing large capital investment needs. As innovation becomes more vital, the need to reproportion investment between the “keep the lights” on and innovation means optimising supply chain is key in ensuring budgets are best optimised. As CTO’s look towards technology to transform, CF0’s consider how best to utilise budgets to do so.

Matt leads how Insight architect & reposition client investments through our Supply Chain optimisation to deliver operational & expense benefits across the short to long term.
