Lot 1 offers a broad range of telephony and communications hardware. Lot 2 offers the same range with the inclusion of mobile voice & data services when purchased along with them; they cannot be procured as a standalone service. This gives organisations the option of consolidating a number of discrete contracts into a single procurement exercise.
