Insight receives UK Best Workplaces™ status in 2023
Insight ranks 11th in the Great Place to Work® ‘Super Large Organisation’ category.
Insight achieves recognition for the third consecutive year.
LONDON, 27 April, 2023 - Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ:NSIT), a Fortune 500 solutions integrator helping organisations accelerate their digital journey, has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ (2023). The award, which Insight UK receives for the third consecutive year, celebrates an organisation’s culture, measures a company’s employee value proposition against the culture actually experienced by its staff.
To determine the Best Workplaces in the UK, Great Place to Work evaluates hundreds of employee survey responses in addition to CultureAudit™ submissions, particularly focussing on the levels of trust, pride and camaraderie experienced by employees.
The win follows on from a previous Great Place to Work awards for Insight, such as a Best Workplace for Wellbeing recognition in the UK this year, also highlighting the unique culture at Insight UK.
