Insight Lands Brand New Award for Learning and Development

The UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™ recognition highlights ongoing commitment to employee growth.

Ranking 31st in the category for super large organisations, Insight has received this award for prioritising employee development and making it a key part of company culture. 

New for this year, the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™ list recognises businesses that offer a great experience for personal development. Insight’s ranking in the top 50 highlights it’s dedication to offering employees a chance to better themselves, to learn new skills, and to progress within the organisation. This is based on employee’s actual experience within Insight, who feel valued by their employer and supported in their development journey.

To determine the rankings, Great Place To Work® reviewed each company’s culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from employees. Only the companies who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
