1: Upcoming changes to Microsoft 365 Business & Copilot Business Bundles:

Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) are entering a new phase of AI adoption. It is no longer defined by experimentation. It is about moving from individual use cases to everyday, scalable impact as organizations move toward Frontier Transformation.

M365 Business & Copilot Business bundles provide a simple, ready-to-use solution that combines productivity, security, and AI in one package. For customers, these bundles act as a seamless entry point into AI, delivering immediate productivity gains with Copilot while reducing complexity and cost compared to buying and managing multiple separate licenses.

Starting July 1, 2026, Microsoft will transition the promotional bundles of Microsoft 365 Business Standard & M365 Copilot Business and Microsoft 365 Business Premium & M365 Copilot Business into two durable SKUs, available at the current promotional price point.

• Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Copilot Business: $23.50/user/month
  (1–300 seats, annual subscription with annual billing)
  
  
• Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Copilot Business: $32/user/month
  (1–300 seats, annual subscription with annual billing)

Microsoft will also launch a new 25% promotional offer on Microsoft 365 Business Basic & Microsoft 365 Copilot Business ($21/user/month, 1–300 seats, for annual subscription with annual billing), available through December 31, 2026.
This provides a clear entry point for Business Basic customers who would like to get started with Copilot.

In addition, the current 15% promotional offer on Microsoft 365 Copilot Business ($18/user/month, 1–300 seats, for annual subscription with annual billing) has also been extended through December 31, 2026.

Customers currently on the standalone version of Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, or Premium, can perform a mid-term upgrade to the Microsoft 365 Business & Microsoft 365 Copilot bundles at any time within Insight’s Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) at https://buy.insight.com
