Current updates of Insight's Cloud Commerce Platforms:

Cloud Commerce Platform - CCx on https://buy.insight.com - October 03, 2026:

  1. Stay Informed with New Subscription Renewal Notifications:

    Introducing new configurable notification options on buy.insight.com. We're launching a new notifications feature within the portal, beginning with coverage for your renewing and expiring subscriptions.

    The feature will be enhanced over future releases to include additional notification types and preferences to help you manage your account more effectively.

  2. Improved Invoice Visibility with Purchase Order Grouping:

    Starting with your October invoices — enhancements for purchase orders. Subscription line items on PDF invoices will be grouped by purchase order number (as configured in buy.insight.com) making it easier to reconcile and track your subscriptions at a glance.

  3. Subscription Management changes:

    Microsoft is modifying the allowable subscription management options for a few specific products.
    If you make a purchase containing one of these products, you will see this indicated in messaging — both in the cart at time of purchase, and on the Subscription details page.

    If you are within the initial 7-day window and need to make quantity reductions you may need to cancel the subscription and repurchase

  4. Account Sold-To Awitch Enhancements: 

    This enhancement allows customers with a large number of Sold-To accounts to quickly search for and select the required Sold-To account, making navigation faster and more efficient. Searches can be performed using either the Sold-To name (text) or the Sold-To number.

Cloud Consumption Reporting - CCR on https://ccr.insight.com - September 03, 2026:

  1. Easy Sold to selection:

    For customers with multiple Sold-To accounts, we have simplified the account selection experience, making it easier to switch between your different Sold-To entities and access the information you need more efficiently.

  2. New Payment Due and Overdue Widget in CCR:

    We have introduced a new Payment Due and Overdue widget in the Cloud Consumption Reporting (CCR) platform, providing a clear overview of invoice payment statuses and making it easier to identify invoices that are approaching their due date or are overdue.

  3. Updated Invoice Status Information:

    To provide greater visibility into your invoice payment status, we are enhancing the invoice status indicators within Cloud Consumption Reporting (CCR). The current status labels "Paid" and "Unpaid" will be replaced with more precise payment statuses:

    * Paid     – The invoice has been fully paid.
    * Coming Due – The invoice is approaching its payment due date.
    * Overdue – The invoice has passed its payment due date and remains unpaid.

    This enhancement will help you better track invoice payment timelines and take timely action when required.

  4. The NPS Feedback link was fixed for all regions
