Cloud Commerce Platform - CCx on https://buy.insight.com - February 07, 2026:
- Enhanced Subscription Review Status and User Experience Improvements:
The Cloud Commerce application will implement enhanced status management and user experience improvements for subscription review processes. When an order or transaction is placed on credit hold and marked as "In Review," the system will automatically apply a corresponding "In Review" status to the related subscription, ensuring consistent status alignment across all system components. Additionally, users accessing the Subscription Listing Page will benefit from improved transparency through hover-over messaging that provides clear explanations when subscriptions are in "In Review" status.
- Term End Date Information on the order page:
The Cloud Commerce application will enhance the Order Details page to provide NCE (New Commerce Experience) customers with improved visibility into their product term configurations.
When viewing product details on the Order Details page, customers will now be able to clearly identify when a "Term End Date" is set to "Custom" rather than a standard term period.
- Cloud Commerce Credit Limit Changes:
The Cloud Commerce application will implement enhanced credit check logic for quantity changes and upgrades that significantly improves the customer experience and reduces unnecessary credit holds.
Currently, the system performs credit checks against the entire subscription quantity when processing changes, but the new logic will only evaluate the incremental value of the actual change being made.
This refinement means that when customers increase quantities or upgrade their subscriptions, credit checks will focus solely on the additional cost rather than re-evaluating the full subscription value.
This change reduces the likelihood of credit holds for existing customers with established payment history, streamlines the modification process, and eliminates unnecessary friction in routine subscription adjustments while maintaining appropriate financial controls for new spending.
Cloud Consumption Reporting - CCR on https://ccr.insight.com - December 11, 2025:
The December 2025 CCR release focuses on implementing background enhancements to integrate AWS consumption data into our Cloud Consumption Reporting dashboard.
This is part of a multi-phase rollout, and we are planning ro rollout this feature in our next release in January 2026.
