- Enhanced order status tracking and visibility:
Order status visibility has been further enhanced in this release.
Admin users now receive an email notification when an order is placed 'In Review', ensuring business account administrators are promptly informed of orders requiring attention.
Additionally, the system now consistently displays the same user email information across both the Orders listing page and the Order Details page, improving traceability and reducing confusion for customers reviewing their order history.

- CSP AI Recommendations (Available in North America):
AI-powered product recommendations for Microsoft CSP and Adobe solutions are now available directly within the customer dashboard, helping customers discover products that may be relevant to their business needs.
What's new?
Personalized Microsoft CSP and Adobe product recommendations are displayed in an easy-to-view carousel on the dashboard.
Customers can select "See More Details" to access the corresponding product page and learn more about the recommended solution.
The streamlined experience provides a seamless path from product discovery to purchase.
Availability: Please note that Microsoft CSP recommendations are currently available only in the United States as part of the initial rollout phase. Additional regions will be supported in the future as Microsoft expands this capability globally.
- SAP Customer Credit Integration & Order Review Notifications:
To provide greater transparency and help customers better manage their purchasing activities, the Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) now integrates with SAP credit information.
What's new?
Credit limit and available credit information are now displayed directly on the Invoices & Reports page, giving customers real-time visibility into their credit position.
Orders that approach or exceed the available credit limit may be automatically placed in "In Review" status during checkout.
Customers will receive clear notifications whenever an order is placed in review status.

Please note: Orders placed in "In Review" status will undergo a review process before they can be processed and fulfilled. - Improved Adobe renewal management experience:
A clarity improvement has been made to the Adobe Manage Renewal preview page. Adobe users will now see enhanced messaging that clearly communicates the preview renewal page is a snapshot of their renewal — not a live or final pricing view. This reduces customer confusion about the nature of the preview and sets accurate expectations before they commit to renewal.

- Enhanced search and filtering functionality:
We've introduced a usability enhancement to make searching faster and more intuitive.

- Automated CCR admin user creation via API:
We're continuing to enhance the integration between the Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) and Cloud Consumption Reporting (CCR) to streamline user management and reduce manual administration.
What's new?
Backend enhancements have been completed to support user synchronization between CCx and CCR.
New functionality has been developed to enable API-driven user creation and SoldTo assignment processes.
Once all remaining updates are completed, eligible administrator users created in CCx will automatically be available in CCR.
Customer Benefits:
Reduced manual effort for user administration.
Faster access to CCR for newly created administrators.
Improved consistency between CCx and CCR user management.
Please note: Additional development work is still required before the automation can be fully enabled. Until those updates are deployed, the current manual user provisioning process will remain in place.
Customer Impact:
Future administrator users created in CCx will automatically appear in CCR without requiring manual intervention.
Until the remaining enhancements are completed, new CCR users will continue to be added through the existing weekly manual process.
