Cloud Care Improvements & Fixes

Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) and Cloud Consumption Reporting (CCR) - Improvements & Developments

Current updates of Insight's Cloud Commerce Platforms:

Cloud Commerce Platform - CCx on https://buy.insight.com - November 08, 2025:

  1. Split Billing for Microsoft Products – New Invoice Preferences Now Available:

We’re introducing a new Microsoft Invoice Preferences feature, designed to give customers greater flexibility in how Microsoft billing is structured. This capability will be integrated across all relevant systems, including direct clients and resellers.

Available Invoice Preferences located in the Account page within CCx:

Standard: Invoices will remain unchanged and follow the current format.
By Purchase Order Number: Each purchase order will generate a separate invoice.
Split Azure and the Rest: Two distinct invoices will be issued, one for Azure-related charges (consumption, reservations, marketplace, etc.), and one for Microsoft 365 license subscriptions (including Perpetual, Software Subscriptions and related products).

This update empowers customers to align billing with internal processes and improve financial clarity across Microsoft product lines.

  2. Invoice Page enhancements:

After we have made invoices available within our Cloud Consumption Reporting (CCR) platform at https://ccr.insight.com last month, we are consolidating the navigation structure by combining invoice and reporting under a single "Invoices & Reports" tab which will contain a link out to CCR.

We are also moving the credit visibility feature to this new tab to allow users to view their available credit limits directly from the invoices and reports page through a simple click on "See my credit limit".

  3. Reseller Experience Improvements:

We are enhancing the Account page for resellers by adding Account Executive details directly to their dashboard. This update will give resellers clear visibility into their designated representative, streamlining communication and improving support responsiveness.

With this system extension and user interface upgrade, resellers will have immediate access to their assigned Account Executive—empowering them to quickly identify their primary Insight contact for sales inquiries, technical assistance, and strategic collaboration.

  4. Improved Microsoft Upgrade Experience:

To improve the upgrade experience for Microsoft products, we’re introducing clearer messaging when no eligible subscriptions are available.

Currently, when customers select "Existing subscription" as their upgrade destination, they may find that none of their current subscriptions qualify, without any explanation as to why.

With this enhancement, a message stating "No existing subscriptions qualify" will now appear above the "View ineligible subscription" link. This provides immediate clarity and helps customers better understand their upgrade options.

  5. Enhanced Product History Information:

Currently, customers must navigate away from critical subscription management tasks like "Manage billing preferences" and "Manage renewal" to access their product history information, creating unnecessary clicks and workflow interruptions that reduce productivity and user satisfaction.

This enhancement will add the existing Product history table to the bottom of both the "Manage billing preferences" and "Manage renewal" workspace pages, creating consistency across all manage subscription functions and providing customers with immediate access to their subscription timeline without leaving their current task.

  6. Adobe Flexible Discounts:

We’re excited to launch a comprehensive Adobe Flexible Discount Program designed to strengthen our competitive edge and deliver greater value to customers in the Adobe marketplace.

This initiative introduces a fully integrated discount management system that automatically retrieves, validates, and applies Adobe’s flexible pricing throughout the customer journey. The program intelligently determines eligibility for both percentage-based and fixed-amount discounts, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints:

    Product Discovery:
Customers are notified of available discounts directly on product pages.
Shopping Cart & Checkout: Real-time pricing reflects applicable discounts for a transparent purchasing experience.
Subscription Management: Existing customers can take advantage of new promotional opportunities as they arise.

This enhancement simplifies the buying process, improves pricing transparency, and ensures customers receive the best available offers, every step of the way.

  7. Adobe Customer Segmentation:

Customers will now see only the Adobe products they are authorized to purchase. This enhancement simplifies product selection, reduces confusion, and helps prevent unauthorized transactions, ensuring a more efficient and compliant purchasing experience.
