Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) and Cloud Consumption Reporting (CCR) - Improvements & Developments

Current updates of Insight's Cloud Commerce Platforms:

Cloud Commerce Platform - CCx on https://buy.insight.com - July 04, 2026:

  1. T2 Reseller Enhancement - Co-Terminosity for new purchase:

This release introduces Co-Term Subscription Alignment for Tier 2 Reseller customers, allowing multiple subscriptions purchased within the same cart to share a common end date.

During the ordering process, customers can view the end dates of their existing subscriptions and select an available alignment option directly from the cart. In addition to aligning subscriptions to an existing subscription end date, customers can also choose to align them to the end of a calendar month, providing greater flexibility when managing subscription renewals.

To ensure compliance and accuracy, the platform applies appropriate safeguards. End-date alignment is not available for software or perpetual products, and clear warning messages are displayed if a selected alignment date falls before the current date.

Order details now include both the Term End Date and End-Date Alignment Status, providing customers and resellers with clear visibility into co-termination arrangements at the time of purchase.

More information on Co-Terminosity can be found in our Reseller Admin Portal (RAP) user guides here

  2. CCx Enhanced Order Status Information:

Insight's Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) now provides enhanced order status validation by dynamically verifying whether an order has been accepted by the vendor after submission.

Orders will remain in a Processing status until the associated subscription becomes active.
Previously, orders were marked as Completed even when the subscription had not yet been activated.

If an order is not accepted by the vendor, it will now be clearly identified with an Order Failed status, providing greater transparency and visibility into order processing outcomes.

For change and modification orders, an Order Failed status will remain unchanged even if the underlying subscription is subsequently corrected.
This behavior applies to both new orders and change/modify orders for Microsoft and Adobe products.

Additionally, Order Confirmation emails now include the name of the Admin User who placed the order, improving accountability, auditability, and traceability for business account administrators.

    Key Benefits:

    * Improved visibility into the actual status of submitted orders
    * More accurate order tracking throughout the provisioning process
    * Clear identification of vendor acceptance failures
    * Enhanced accountability through Admin User identification in confirmation emails
    * Better transparency for both customers and resellers

  3. Cloud Commerce Storefront Updates:

    Enhanced Visibility for Co-Term Subscriptions:

CCx and RAP now store and display a Co-Term Alignment indicator for subscriptions with aligned end dates. This enhancement provides customers with clear visibility into co-termination arrangements directly on the Subscription Details page.

    On-Demand Customer Feedback:

Customers can now submit Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback directly from the storefront at any time. Feedback can be provided by selecting the Provide Feedback option from the Tools drop-down menu.

This enhancement makes it easier for customers to share their experience and provide valuable feedback whenever it is most relevant.

  4. Granular Delegated Admin Privileges (GDAP) Enhancements:

The platform now dynamically updates customer GDAP status based on the latest information returned by the "View GDAP Relationships" service.

This ensures that the GDAP relationship information displayed in the storefront accurately reflects the current state of delegated administrative privileges.
By automatically synchronizing GDAP status data, the platform reduces the risk of outdated information and improves the overall management of partner-customer relationships.
Customers and partners can now view the most up-to-date GDAP relationship status directly within the storefront, eliminating the need for manual refreshes or support intervention.
    Key Benefits:

    * More accurate and up-to-date GDAP relationship status
    * Reduced risk of stale or outdated data
    * Improved visibility into delegated administrative privileges
    * Enhanced partner relationship management
    * Less need for manual verification or support assistance

Cloud Consumption Reporting - CCR on https://ccr.insight.com - July 09, 2026:

  1. Net Promotor Score (NPS) Survey now available within CCR

  2. Direct Link from CCR to CCx:

We have added a direct link from the CCR Subscription page to CCx, making it easier to manage subscriptions across both platforms.

    * For Microsoft NCE subscriptions, the link will take you to the Subscription List page in CCx.
    * For Adobe subscriptions, the link will take you directly to the corresponding Adobe subscription details page.

This enhancement provides quicker access to subscription information and streamlines navigation between CCR and CCx.

  3. Unbilled Consumption Visible Before the First Invoice Is Issued:

Unbilled consumption is now visible in CCR, even if a customer has not yet received their first invoice.

  4. Subscription History Chart Improvements:

For customers with a large number of subscription changes, we have enhanced the chart visualization to improve readability and provide a clearer view of subscription history
