How do I return an item that has been sent incorrectly?

If you discover any discrepancies when your item is delivered please report these to us within 48 hours of receipt. There are a few ways in which you can contact us, you can contact your assigned Account Manager or submit a return request - Contact Us or, you can contact general sales on 0344 846 3333.

In some instances we can send an urgent replacement however this is at Insight’s discretion.
