HP for SMB PLATINUM PARTNER PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“CONDITIONS”) – ENGLAND, SCOTLAND, WALES AND NORTHERN IRELAND
These Conditions set out the terms and conditions applicable to the HP for SMB Cashback Promotion (“Promotion”) for which Consenna Limited (“Consenna”) is the “Promoter”.
The Promotion is open to business customers (“Customers”) located in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland that purchase new Qualifying Product/s as set out below during the Promotional Period from a qualifying HP Reseller (“Qualifying Reseller”) for their own use (claims where product purchased is to be resold or rented to a third party and claims made by Customers who are involved in the sale or resale or provision of IT goods and/or services (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion)) are ineligible for the Promotion). Qualifying Products may include HP products, accessories and services.
For the purposes of the Promotion:
“Qualifying Products” means those products that can be found at {{QPPAGE}}
“Promotional Period” means he period from 01 March 2025 (00:01-GMT) to 31st October 2025 (23:59-GMT) or until the limited stock is exhausted or such other period as the Promoter may determine and notify on {{PROMOTIONPAGE}};, whichever occurs first.
“Qualifying Resellers” means those resellers that are authorised HP for SMB Platinum Partners
“Promoters” means Consenna Limited
“Customer” means those business customers who are registered within the United Kingdom and have 500 or fewer employees. Businesses who are involved in the provision or sale of IT Goods or Services even if the devices are purchased for internal use; Schools, Colleges, Universities or Multi Academy Trusts; business or groups owned or operated by HP; individual consumers purchasing for own use are not eligible as Customers of this programme.
Customers that meet the requirements of the Promotion as specified in these conditions shall be entitled to a cashback reward (“Reward”) as specified below. Customers will receive any eligible Reward related to the Promotion as a cash transfer by BACS to their specified account.
- Purchases of multiple Qualifying Products will entitle the Customer to an equivalent multiple of the Reward specified in the table below provided that the Qualifying Products appear on the same sellers’ invoice uploaded in accordance with clause 3. A Customer is limited to claiming against a maximum of 250 Qualifying Products across all of their claims per promotional quarter. Each claim on Qualifying Products with booster rewards may not exceed a maximum of £450 per boosted bundle, for avoidance of doubt, the reward value of One Qualifying HP or Poly Hardware Device, One Qualifying Accessory, One Qualifying Display, One Qualifying Service and One Trade-in unit will not exceed £450 reward.

- Customers may be eligible to increase their reward value by purchasing a Qualifying HP Hardware product that is an eligible AI device. Customers may also be eligible to increase their reward value by purchasing alongside and at the same time as their HP or Poly Hardware Qualifying Product one additional Qualifying Accessory and/or one additional Qualifying display and/or one additional Qualifying Service/Licence. Customers may only claim against one accessory, one display, one Licence/Service and one trade-in one device for each HP or Poly Hardware Qualifying Product you purchase. Customers may be eligible to increase their reward value by completing a Trade-in of a device meeting the required specification against the purchase of their HP or Poly Hardware Qualifying Product to a maximum of 100 trade-in units. For the avoidance of doubt purchase of a Qualifying Accessory, Qualifying Service/Licence or completing a Trade-in of a specified device without purchasing a HP or Poly Hardware Qualifying Product will not entitle Customer to any Reward.

- On purchase of a new Qualifying Product from a Qualifying Reseller, the Customer should submit a claim form via {{PROMOTIONPAGE}}; together with proof of purchase in the form of a seller’s invoice clearly showing Customer details, the number and type of Qualifying Product/s purchased, the purchase price, date of purchase and details of the Qualifying Reseller from whom they purchased the Qualifying Product/s. Claim forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase as evidenced by the date of the Seller’s invoice.
Regarding Microsoft 365 Business/Microsoft Copilot Pro Licences:
• Customer’s Microsoft 365 Business/Microsoft Copilot Pro Licence invoice does not have to be from the same Qualifying Reseller who provided its HP or Poly Hardware Qualifying Product
• Microsoft 365 Business Licences/Microsoft Copilot Pro License can be purchased as either a recurring subscription or a one-off annual fee.
• The Microsoft 365 Licence/Microsoft Copilot Pro License must have been acquired by the same business as the HP or Poly Hardware Qualifying Product and should be intended for use by the same user.
Regarding HP Services, Accessories and Displays (Bundle Item):
• Customer’s HP Service, Accessory or Display invoice should come from the same Qualifying Reseller who provided its HP or Poly Hardware Qualifying Product.
• The Bundle Item must have been acquired by the same business as the HP or Poly Hardware Qualifying Product and should be intended for use by the same user.
- Once the claim form and supporting documents have been received, the Promoter will check the claim and confirm it meets the requirements of the Promotion. The Promoter will endeavour to send the Customer confirmation of receipt and confirmation of whether the Customer’s claim has been successful within 5 working days of submission.
- In the event that the Promoter confirms that the Customer’s claim meets the requirements of the Promotion, the Promoter will email the Customer advising the Customer of the same and providing details of how the Customer can trade in their device intended to be traded in as part of the Promotion (“Trade-In Device”), if applicable. If applicable, the Promoter will provide details to the Customer of the IT Asset Disposition (“ITAD”) provider that will coordinate the uplift or delivery of the Trade-In Device and will provide a copy of the terms and conditions of the ITAD provider that are applicable to the uplift, delivery, cleansing and recycling of the Trade-In Device (“ITAD Terms”). The Customer will enter into a direct contract with the ITAD Provider. The Customer must follow the instructions of the ITAD Provider concerning return and packaging of the Trade-In Device. The Promoter will have no responsibility where the Customer fails to follow those instructions or to comply with the ITAD Terms. For Claims of 10 Trade-In Devices or more a free pick-up service is available. For claims of up to 9 devices the Customer will be sent postage labels which must be affixed to the parcels containing its Trade-in Device(s). The Customer assumes responsibility for packaging the Trade-in Device(s) suitably for collection. The pick-up service includes a maximum 2 pick-up attempts by the courier, any additional pick-up attempts will incur a direct cost to the Customer or be refused. The Customer must arrange their Trade-In Device collection in order that this is received by ITAD Provider within 60 days of receipt of the email. In the event that Trade-In Devices are received after the specified period or in the event that the Trade-In Device does not meet the requirements specified at Condition 6, the Promoter will contact the Customer to advise that their Trade-in Device has been rejected or, at the Promoter’s sole discretion, is subject to revaluation.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, the Trade-in Device must be a desktop or laptop, that is complete, that powers on, is in full working order and no more than 8 years old. The appropriate power adapter must also be included. In addition, to be eligible, the Trade-In Device must be owned by the Customer, have been owned by the Customer since purchase. There must also be no outstanding finance in relation to the Trade-in Device. The promoter reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the Trade-In Device and to reject any Claim where the promoter is not satisfied that the Customer is the rightful owner. Thin clients, tablets, displays, password protected, or BIOS locked units do not qualify for the Promotion. The Customer is responsible for cancelling any contracts relating to the Trade-In Device and for deregistering the device from any MDM programmes and for removing any data and information from the Trade-In Device and for retaining backup copies should the Customer require this. The promoter shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to data because of any failure to do this. A Customer may not trade in more than 100 Trade-In Devices under the Promotion. A Customer may only trade in one Trade-In Device for each HP or Poly Hardware Qualifying Product purchased up to this maximum of 250.
- On receipt of the Customer’s Trade-In Device the promoter shall assess the device to confirm it meets the requirements of the Promotion and corresponds with the information the Customer has provided to the Promoter regarding the Trade-In Device. If the Trade-In Device does not meet the requirements of the Promotion or correspond with the information provided by the Customer to the Promoter at registration the Promoter reserve the right to (i) reject the Trade-In Device in which case the Customer will not be eligible for a Reward; or (ii) revalue the Trade-In Device in which case the Customer may be eligible for a lower Reward. If the Promoter rejects the Trade-In Device, the Promoter shall notify the Customer and shall arrange for the rejected device to be recycled free of charge unless the Customer notifies the Promoter within 7 days that the Customer wishes the Trade-In Device to be returned to at a cost to the Customer. If the Customer does not accept any re-valuation the promoter shall recycle the Trade-In Device free of charge unless the Customer notifies the promoter within 7 days that the Customer wishes the Trade-In Device to be returned to at a cost to the Customer.
- Customers who provide an incomplete claim form and/or supporting documents or who are otherwise ineligible for the Promotion will not qualify for the Promotion and their claim will be refused.
- The Promoter will pay the Reward to the Customer byBACs to the Customer’s account using the details submitted by the Customer during the claims process. The Promoter shall have no liability where the Customer has failed to provide correct account details. Failure to provide complete and correct account details shall disqualify the Customer from the Promotion.
- The Promoter shallendeavour to credit the Customer’s account with the Reward within twenty-one (21) working days of receipt of an approved claim. The Promoter shall not be liable where claims are processed outside this timeframe.
- The Customer shall be responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations required by applicable law in relation to the Reward.
- By registering for the Promotion, Customers are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Conditions and any other terms applicable to the Promotion or otherwise specified by the Promoter.
- Return of the Qualifying Product to the Qualifying Reseller or retailer following submission of the claim willdisentitle the Customer to the Reward. In such instance, no claim may be made for a Reward and any Reward that has been paid must be repaid by the Customer to the Promoter. In the absence of such repayment, the Promoter may deduct any amounts to be repaid from subsequent Rewards due to the Customer.
- The Promoter reserves the right to audit all claims to ensure that the terms and conditions of the Promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any claims and/or supporting documents. The Reward will only be paid where the Promoter is satisfied that the Customer and Qualifying Product/s/Trade-In Devices meets the requirements of the Promotion. If a claim is refused on the grounds that the terms of the Promotion have not been met, the Promoter’s decision is final.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate the Promotion and will endeavour to provide 14 days’ notice of the same. However, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or legal requirements or for other good reason in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to the right to change these Conditions and the amended terms will apply upon notification of the same.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete claims. No responsibility will be accepted for claims that are incomplete, lost or late. The Promoter is not responsible for or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server or website failure to the extent this prevents or delays the Customer from participating in the Promotion.
- Submission of false, incomplete misleading or fraudulent documentation may lead to disqualification from the Promotion and future promotions and could lead to legal action being taken against the submitter. In the event that any overpayments or incorrect or false payments are made, the recipient shall repay such sums within 7 days of a notice by the Promoter requesting them to do so and shall indemnify the Promoter from any costs, losses, expenses or tax liabilities incurred by the Promoter as a result of any such overpayment or incorrect or false payment being made and/or for recovery of such sums.
- It is at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion as to whether any requirements in respect of the Promotion have or have not been met. The decisions of the Promoter on this matter and generally regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.
- The Promoter’s responsibility is to pay Rewards in respect of eligible Claims and the Promoter’s liability to you is limited to the amount of any valid and eligible Claim. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or any other claim related to the Rewards provided or any activities conducted as part of this Promotion, including but not limited to claims relating to refusal, cancellation, withdrawal or handling of the Promotion or any Reward or any failure or inability to take advantage of the Promotion for any reason. Customers accept Rewards at their own risk and are solely responsible for any liabilities arising from such Rewards. This limitation of liability does not exclude any liabilities that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable English law.
- The HP for SMB Cashback Promotion and these Conditions are governed by the Laws of England and the Customer and Promoter submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England in respect of any disputes.
