Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) and Cloud Consumption Reporting (CCR) – improvements, additions and bug fixes:

1: CCx – Modernized site navigation links within CCx:

This feature aims to modernize the user interface of the Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) platform by removing the left-side navigation frame and replacing it with a banner-type navigation row located below the subscription-header and above the CCx workspace.
This update not only aligns the storefront view with the Insight.com website design, but it also expands the CCx workspace, allowing for improved formatting and a more user-friendly layout.

The removal of the navigation frame will also allow for an increase in page width across the workspace, enhancing the overall user experience.
All links will continue to redirect users to the same pages as before, with functional operation links remaining unchanged.

2: CCx – Additional messaging for additional Azure subscriptions/entitlement purchases:

This feature aims to enhance client understanding and usability of their new Azure subscriptions/entitlement by providing additional messaging that guides users on how to effectively manage their new subscriptions/entitlements.

3: CCx – Centralized landing page for Insight’s Cloud Care Terms & Conditions:

Enhanced user experience by providing a consistent link to the Product Terms & Conditions (T&C's) for all publisher products available on the Cloud Commerce platform (CCx).

New link: Insight’s Cloud Provider Terms and Conditions

4: CCx – Insight Professional Services are available for EMEA clients:

This enhancement will provide direct CSP clients the possibility to search and order Insight Professional Service offerings trough the Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx).

5: CCx – Single Sold-to capabilities for multiple Cloud Providers:

With the addition of Adobe VIP marketplace products into the Cloud Commerce platform (CCx) for EMEA clients, we are enhancing the platform to ensure clients can purchase and manage Microsoft CSP and Adobe VIP marketplace products within the same sold-to.

Note: We will start a pilot for Adobe VIP marketplace on April 1, 2025, for a handful selected UK clients. Dependent on this pilot, we will release Adobe VIP marketplace to more clients at a later point in time.

6: CCx – Updated Subscription Listing page:

With the addition of other Cloud Providers, we are enhancing the client experience by providing an updated Subscription Listing Page (SLP) that consolidates all Cloud Provider products and product categories into a single table view.
This new layout will allow clients easy access to all their Cloud Commerce subscriptions, streamlining their navigation and management of subscriptions.
