Microsoft News & Updates:

1: Important Update: Adobe VIP Commercial Pricing Changes Effective June 1, 2026:

Effective June 1, 2026, Adobe will implement pricing updates across selected Creativity & Productivity products (including Creative Cloud and Document Cloud product groups) in the commercial segment.

  • What’s changing: Adobe will update commercial pricing for selected products effective June 1, 2026.
  • Timing: Updated pricing applies from June 1, 2026. If you have an open quote, please confirm validity and refresh timing with your account team.
  • Options: If you would like to protect against these changes, a new 3-year commitment agreement may be available to lock in current pricing (please allow up to 72 hours for processing, where applicable).

Please note: Pricing for 3-year term commitments will remain unchanged until the end of the 3-year commitment period.

If you have any questions about Adobe VIP marketplace product availability, pricing details, or guidance on the best renewal or purchase approach for your organization, or if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

2: Up to date Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) required for new purchases and subscription modifications:

To keep your Microsoft services running smoothly, Microsoft requires an up-to-date Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) for any subscription changes, including scheduled changes for auto-renewals.

Starting in May 2026, our Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) at https://buy.insigh.com will also require current MCA acceptance before changes can be made. To avoid any lapse in service, please log in to CCx, go to Account > Microsoft > Update MCA to review and confirm your MCA compliance.

3: New Microsoft Granular Delegated Admin Privileges (GDAP) Direct Client User Guide available:

A new GDAP Direct Customers User Guide is now available to help you set up and manage your GDAP relationship with Insight. Highlights include a clear overview of GDAP benefits, the four access options (Recommended/Basic/Limited/No GDAP), and step-by-step guidance on approving requests and viewing your GDAP status in self-service.

You can find it in our Important Reseources, User Guides & Links section within the Cloud Care update page or with this direct link.

4: Microsoft 365 E7 and Microsoft Agent 365 are now generally available:

Microsoft 365 E7 is the Frontier Suite powered by Work IQ, bundling Microsoft 365 E5, Copilot, and Agent 365 into a single solution integrated with the apps and security stack customers already rely on. Designed for organizations to move from AI experimentation to scale, it includes Microsoft Entra Suite and advanced Defender, Intune, and Purview capabilities, delivering comprehensive security across agents and employees.

Built on intelligence and trust, Microsoft 365 E7 empowers teams to turn human intent into AI action. To accomplish this, Microsoft 365 E7 includes access to Agent 365 to bring agentic work front and center. Agent 365 is the control plane for customers to observe, govern, and secure both Microsoft and third-party AI agents, grounded in shared intelligence and built with trust to protect the organization.

This marks a clear path for customers to upgrade to Microsoft 365 E7, unlocking access to Agent 365 for a setup built for secure agentic operations.

5: Windows 365 Business price decreased on May 1, 2026:

Microsoft has reduced Windows 365 Business prices to make Cloud PCs more cost-effective for small and medium businesses.
The update also introduced an on-demand start experience:

  • Cloud PCs stay powered on for one hour after sign-out/disconnect.
  • Reconnects within that hour are unchanged.
  • Reconnects after more than an hour might take slightly longer as the Cloud PC resumes from hibernation (with the same performance once connected).

New subscriptions get the lower pricing on/after May 1, 2026, while existing subscriptions receive the updated pricing at their next renewal, depending on purchase channel and terms.

6: CCx May 2026 Release Notes are available:

Our May 2026 Release Notes are available. A detailed overview can be found at the end of this page, or at the dedicated Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) and Cloud Consumption Reporting (CCR) - Improvements & Developments page here

Insight's Cloud Commerce Platform – Improvements and Developments:

Cloud Commerce Platform - CCx on https://buy.insight.com - May 02, 2026:

1: Adobe Product Recommendations:

We’ve introduced Adobe Product Recommendations to help you discover relevant Adobe products at the right time within Cloud Commerce.

When you sign to CCx at https://buy.insight.com, you’ll see personalized suggestions on your Dashboard, with a direct path to view product details for informed purchase decisions. Recommendations also appear during renewal updates, so you can review and add suggested products without leaving the renewal workflow.

All recommendations are provided by Adobe and are matched to the Adobe product catalog to ensure accurate, ready-to-purchase information.

2: Updated Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) Process:

Action needed: Keep your Microsoft services running smoothly. Microsoft requires an up-to-date Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) for any subscription changes, including scheduled changes for auto-renewals.
For this reason, starting in May our Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) on https://buy.insight.com will also require current MCA acceptance before changes can be made.

To avoid any lapse in service, please log in to https://buy.insight.com, go to Account > Microsoft > Update MCA to review and confirm your MCA compliance.

3: Self-Service Management of Microsoft's Granular Delegated Admin Priviliges (GDAP):

GDAP is a Microsoft-mandated framework that governs how Insight holds and exercises administrative access on behalf of its customers, making it a critical component of both platform compliance and service delivery.

For our existing customers, we now have a direct, self-service access to view and manage their GDAP Relationship within CCx at https://buy.insight.com at any time.

Navigate to Account > Microsoft > Manage GDAP Relationship to review and update your GDAP settings. Upon selecting "Manage GDAP Relationship," customers are presented with Insight's defined GDAP options:

Recommended, Basic, Limited, and No GDAP.

Each accompanied by clear informational messaging to help customers understand what each option means for their account and administrative access. This guided selection experience ensures customers can make informed decisions about their GDAP configuration without requiring support intervention. Additionally, customers can now view their current GDAP status at any time by selecting the "View GDAP Relationships" button, providing real-time visibility into the state of their Microsoft administrative relationship with Insight.

When a customer selects a new GDAP relationship, the system now automatically terminates the existing GDAP relationship before establishing the new one — ensuring there are no overlapping or conflicting relationships active at any given time.
