As a reminder: Microsoft has announced its first price adjustment for Dynamics 365 Business Central in over five years, which will now take effect on November 1, 2025.
This change ensures pricing consistency across all currencies globally. To coincide with the price increase, Microsoft is increasing the storage entitlement included with each per user license. Customers can continue to purchase Business Central at the current rates until September 30, 2025.
Beginning November 1, 2025, the updated pricing will apply to all new subscriptions and renewals of existing subscriptions.
We recommend reviewing your current subscriptions and renewal timelines to take full advantage of the current pricing.

Earlier this year, Microsoft announced that enhanced license usage reporting will be available in the Power Platform admin center.
From September 1, users without assigned licenses will receive in-product notifications, and by end of 2025, licenses must be assigned via the Microsoft 365 admin center to maintain access. These changes affect applications like Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Project Operations, and Human Resources.
The initiative emphasizes centralized license assignment, improved visibility, and reduced administrative overhead.

We’ve introduced enhancements that affect all direct customers in Italy.
These updates ensure that additional Terms & Conditions (T&C’s) messaging and acceptance criteria are consistently presented across key touchpoints in the purchasing and account management journey.
Customers will now encounter clear T&C’s prompts, complete with messaging and acceptance checkboxes within the Cart, Manage Quantity, Manage Renewal, Manage Billing Preferences, and Upgrades screens.
This approach ensures full alignment with regional regulatory requirements, while maintaining a consistent and intuitive user experience. Customers will be asked to review and acknowledge the applicable T&C’s before proceeding, reinforcing transparency and trust throughout the transaction process.
We believe these changes will streamline interactions and provide greater clarity for all parties involved.
To improve clarity and reduce friction during renewals and transactions, several updates have been made to how Terms & Conditions (T&C’s) are managed:
These changes are designed to simplify the user experience, minimize unnecessary prompts, and ensure full compliance with the correct terms at every step.
