In November 2025, we have introduced a new Microsoft invoice preferences feature within our Cloud Commerce Platform - CCx at https://buy.insight.com, designed to give our customers greater flexibility in how Microsoft billing is structured. This capability is integrated across all relevant systems, including direct clients and resellers.
Available Invoice Preferences, located in the Account page within CCx:
This update empowers our customers to align billing with internal processes and improve financial clarity across Microsoft product lines.
We are deploying an automated Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) management system to replace manual processes with real-time compliance tracking and full agreement visibility. This initiative closes critical gaps in MCA management through streamlined workflows and continuous monitoring.
Automated Attestation: When customers click “Update MCA,” the system triggers Microsoft’s API to generate an Attestation ID, builds a secure link, and displays the agreement iframe for review and acceptance. A loading spinner confirms progress. Once accepted, the system posts the agreement to Microsoft and logs details at the B2B unit level, eliminating manual updates.
We are enabling the Manage Renewal link on subscription detail pages for both 1-Year Commitment (1YC) and 3-Year Commitment (3YC) customers through flexible configuration changes.
The system will intelligently control when customers can search for and add products to their upcoming renewals, restricting this functionality to the 30-day-3-day lock window preceding their anniversary date.
This time-based control ensures customers engage with renewals at the most appropriate point in their subscription cycle, reducing premature inquiries and aligning renewal activities with our operational capacity.
Company details will now be consistently displayed alongside shipping and billing information across three critical areas: the Adobe Order Details page, order confirmation emails, and the Manage Quantity workflow when selecting addresses.
This ensures customers have complete organizational context at every stage of their purchasing journey, supporting better record-keeping for accounting, procurement, and audit purposes while reducing confusion in multi-account scenarios.
We are updating the messaging on the Invoices and Reports page within our Cloud Commerce Platform (CCx) to remove beta references and emphasize the maturity of our Cloud Consumption Reporting (CCR) platform.
When you click the CCR link, it will open in a new tab and automatically use single sign-on (SSO), eliminating the need for additional authentication step.
We are also adding a link to the Contact Us page for easier access to this information.
The December 2025 CCR release focuses on implementing background enhancements to integrate AWS consumption data into our Cloud Consumption Reporting dashboard.
This is part of a multi-phase rollout, and we are planning ro rollout this feature in our next release in January 2026.
