How do I return an item that has arrived damaged?

Any damaged goods must be signed for as damaged on the courier paperwork and reported to us within 48 hours.  There are a few ways in which you can contact us, you can contact your assigned Account Manager or submit a return request - Contact Us  or, you can contact general sales on 0344 846 3333. 

In some instances we can send an urgent replacement however this is at Insight’s discretion.
